Workshops
Learning, Healing and Growing Together
In addition to individual and couples therapy, we offer therapeutic workshops designed to provide education, tools, and community support around a variety of important topics. These workshops are interactive, informative, and grounded in compassion and evidence-based practices.
Increasing community awareness around important topics and issues is a foundational aspect of creating wellness within our communities. We are passionate about providing opportunities for people to learn and grow, particularly within the helping field.
Our trauma expertise allows us to support agencies in learning how to provide trauma-informed care and create policies and procedures that foster environments of safety and security. Understanding how trauma impacts both clients and workplaces is the first step toward building communities that truly support healing.
Part of creating a healthy work environment also means recognizing and mitigating the risks of burnout. We want to support organizations in promoting health and wellness for their staff, ensuring that those who care for others are cared for too.
